He is one smart cat, what a shame someone threw him out.

I’ve been seeing this guy around the last couple of days. He was left by one of the tenants who just let him out after they moved. His name is Oliver, one day while taking groceries in I had left the door to my apartment open. When I got all my groceries in the apartment and shut the door this guy was using the litter box.

I tried to get him back outside, but he just didn’t want to go. So I picked him up and set him down outside my door. He ran back inside and hid under our bed. He picked us to live with and so he’s been with us ever since.
